- Technical Support Manager – Numecent is looking for an individual with experience in software-based customer support and solid technical skills to lead our support team. The successful candidate will have experience with tiered-level technical customer support, understanding of resolving customer needs in a timely manner, troubleshooting technical issues, and the desire and skills to lead a support team. Good communication skills, hands-on problem solving skills, and the ability to work both individually and collaboratively in a team environment are required.
- Product Applications Engineer – The purpose of this role is to provide technical assistance to sales and marketing and to deliver technical sales support by technical demo, proof of concept management and technical support of prospects. The candidate will also contribute to the technical/product support and training of existing customers where necessary.
- Software Engineer C++ – Numecent is looking for a mid-level software engineer to be an integral part of the team that is developing a game changing solution which will revolutionize how applications are deployed on desktop and mobile devices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with C++ programming, experience with client/server architecture, and ideally both Windows and Linux deployment topologies, developing multi-threaded client applications on Windows, strong problem solving skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with customers.
