COVID-19 Response

Message from the CEO

We have been asked a lot of questions around COVID-19, its impacts on Numecent, our customers, and our respective communities.  This note attempts to address those questions.

First and foremost, Numecent remains fully committed and dedicated to the safety and well-being of our most valuable resource, our staff.  We are up to date on this pandemic and will continue to do so.  Fortunately, as a global company focused on remote application provisioning and solutions for enabling remote work, our entire staff switched, literally at the immediate notice of our California governor, to working from home since March 16th. We will continue to do so through the end of November. Our business hours have not changed, and many of us are working beyond those hours to meet commercial demands.

Secondly, we remain fully supportive of our existing partners and Cloudpaging users.  We continue to maintain our high service levels and are fully committed to supporting all of our partners globally. Furthermore, if some of you are new to us and need solutions for remote work (or getting your environment to work better), our staff would be happy to help or point you to one of our capable partners to getting you there. Contact us here.

Lastly, please stay safe.  We all should work towards ending this pandemic as soon as possible.  If there is a silver lining which can come of this, it is that the solutions that we all are building to fight the pandemic will result in something better – faster disaster recovery, modernization, digital transformation, or a better, more capable working environment.  Let us hope that the new normal, whatever that is, continues to foster innovation and create a better, more flexible and resilient economy.
