May 24, 2018 – Philadelphia, PA – The Business Intelligence Group announced today the winners of its 2018 Best Places to Work award program, which identifies the organizations doing all they can to improve performance by challenging their employees in fun and engaging work environments. The Business Intelligence Group is honoring these 27 companies for helping their employees accelerate their careers, knowledge and performance. In locations spanning across the South Central, Southeast, and Midwest regions of the United States, its mortgage professionals are committed to finding the right loans and lowest rates for their customers. They also provide personal and prompt attention to ensure that loans close on time and as agreed.

James H. VanSteenhouse, InterLinc CEO, expressed his delight at having been the overall winner, “Truly, it’s the incredible members of our entire team who make this award possible-not so much because they voted for us, but because they’re the ones who arrive every day with the desire to make working here personally rewarding, to make us a company clients are glad they chose, and to make the work fun. We are a growing company, and it’s the infectious spirit and drive of our employees that give us the confidence to expand knowing that clients will like working with us as much as we like working with each other.”

NUMECENT IS EMPOWERING INDEPENDENT SOFTWARE VENDORS LOOKING TO TRANSITION TO A SAAS MODEL WITH ITS CLOUDPAGING TECHNOLOGY

NUMECENT IS EMPOWERING INDEPENDENT SOFTWARE VENDORS LOOKING TO TRANSITION TO A SAAS MODEL WITH ITS CLOUDPAGING TECHNOLOGY

Cloudpaging Application Provisioning Allows Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to Step Up the Competition for Cloud and Subscription-based Software

March 6, 2018 – Irvine, CA –  Numecent, Inc. is leveling the playing field for independent software vendors (ISVs) interested in entering subscription-based software markets such as the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace, an industry-leading automated e-commerce platform that offers more than 200 vetted cloud services to more than 45,000 resellers globally. ISVs who have historically only offered boxed or legacy file downloads but are wanting to transition to a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) offering of their software products are now able to do so easily thanks to Cloudpaging, a patented technology from Numecent, Inc.

There is a growing demand from enterprises seeking scalable, subscription-based solutions. As quantity and usage requirements of applications fluctuate with market changes and as competitive SaaS offerings grow further against traditional ISV businesses, enterprises are keeping a close eye on unnecessary spending and are looking for alternative solutions. Cloudpaging answers these challenges with the ability to deliver existing applications to subscribers while providing all the benefits of a SaaS offering and beyond.

In January of 2018, Nuance, Ingram Micro’s 2018 Emerging Vendor of the Year, was able to launch its Power PDF on the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace as a cloud-based SaaS offering thanks to Cloudpaging’s application provisioning capabilities. Now, Nuance’s Power PDF is available for Ingram Micro Cloud’s platform customers and service provider partners to purchase or resell via a subscription model.

“Numecent’s cloudification technology has allowed us to empower our partners with the opportunity to enter the digital economy by transforming their software products to a subscription-based cloud service,” said Tarik Faouzi, vice president, Global Cloud Product Management, Ingram Micro.  “This has enabled us to offer different consumption models to our customers for the same product, providing unique opportunities and customized solutions.”

“Cloudpaging technology has proven to be a critical component in a variety of use cases,” said Arthur Hitomi, co-founder and CEO of Numecent. “This example with Ingram Micro Cloud and Nuance is a breakthrough because of the benefits provided to every player in the ecosystem.”

In the subscription-based marketplace model:

  • ISVs without cloud delivery or subscription models can enter with Cloudpaging and provide all of the benefits of a SaaS solution including growth while reducing risks and engineering costs associated with re-implementing or modernizing,
  • Managed Service Providers (MSPs) can create and offer a better, more efficient and attractive business model of supporting and managing their customers with simplified pricing and scalability,
  • Enterprises can experience substantial cost savings as software application needs change over time like today’s SaaS platforms while losing none of the benefits, flexibility, and knowledge of how they use software today.

ISVs, MSPs, or Cloud Solutions Providers interested in Cloudpaging technology to enter subscription-based markets should contact Numecent at www.numecent.com/contact.

NUMECENT LAUNCHES PARTNER PROGRAM FOR CLOUD SOLUTION PROVIDERS

]NUMECENT, INC., TECHNOLOGY LEADER IN SOFTWARE APPLICATION DELIVERY,
LAUNCHES PARTNER PROGRAM FOR CLOUD SOLUTION PROVIDERS

Numecent expands its network of cloud and managed service providers to complement its Cloudpaging application provisioning solution in response to demand for enterprise migrations to Microsoft® Windows® 10 and Server 2016.

October 11, 2017 – Irvine, CA – Numecent, Inc., the only company focused on cloud application provisioning with a native desktop user experience, is pleased to announce the launch of its partner program, uniting an elite network of technology solutions providers for enterprises looking to migrate their operating system (OS) to Windows 10 and Server 2016. The kickoff of the program launch coincides with Numecent’s sponsorship of the SoCal VMUG UserCon this Friday, October 13, 2017, and the countdown to Microsoft’s end of mainstream support for Windows 7 in 2020, which is creating the urgency for the shift to Windows 10.

Current and prospective partners of Numecent include Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Cloud Solution Providers, Desktop as-a-Service (DaaS) providers, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs,) System Integrators (SIs,) and technology resellers. Many partners of Numecent are using its patented Cloudpaging software to move themselves and their customers into the Cloud and to create recurring revenues by providing outsourced desktop management services.  The services are often in the form of a DaaS, remote desktop and application hosting (including Microsoft RDSH and RDS, Citrix XenApp®/ XenDesktop® and VMware® Horizon®), and cloud delivery to desktops for virtual and physical. Other service providers are independently benefitting from Cloudpaging’s automation features which reduce complexity and task redundancy while saving their IT departments substantial time and money. The majority of service providers, however, are providing services to enterprises anticipating the inevitable need to modernize their IT architecture through any variation of server migrations to or from the cloud.  Such migrations can be costly on their own, but the costs associated with software applications sacrificed during the process due to incompatibility in the new environment can be detrimental to business operations. Cloudpaging technology ensures that all Windows software applications will withstand complex OS and sever migrations.

While most OS migrations will include companies moving away from Windows 7, there are several companies in need of OS migration who were forced to remain on Windows XP, despite support ending in 2014. These cases are particularly complex, as migration attempts away from Windows XP had been unsuccessful for many companies, due to a lack of application portability.  Cloudpaging’s patented technology enhances application compatibility, and makes the migration from Windows XP to Windows 10 possible.

Cloudpaging technology ensures that Windows software will withstand complex migrations. The reason for this is partially explained by Rory Monaghan, CTO of Algiz Technologies, one of Numecent’s newest partners. “There is a greater level of granularity and control over how isolated the application’s files, folders… and registry run than in any other virtualization product,” Monaghan explains.

The focus of Numecent’s Partner Program is to provide like-minded service providers with access to a variety of resources to enjoy and share the benefits of Cloudpaging’s strategic integration with Microsoft products. Service providers participating in Numecent’s Partner Program will receive specialized pricing and licensing terms in accordance with Microsoft’s Services Provider License Agreement (SPLA) and Cloud Solution Provider Program, allowing service providers to remain competitive.

Service providers will receive preferred access to Numecent support and services, early access to software, access to training certifications, shared conference resources, onsite visits, marketing support, and not-for-resale licenses for internal use. The program is expected to take shape over the next year.  For more information on participating in the Partner Program at Numecent, please visit https://www.numecent.com/partners/partner-program/.
