Phil Morgan Joins Numecent as Director of Customer Success

November 17, 2021 – Irvine, Calif. – Numecent, Inc. is pleased to announce Phil Morgan has joined the company as Director of Customer Success. He will oversee the company’s customer experience strategy and collaborate with business and technical teams to help drive product and service innovation while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

His history with Cloudpaging™ goes back more than five years when he was introduced to the technology as a customer at a major university in the UK. He wanted to simplify student access to university software and reduce IT support overhead for software provisioning and then discovered Numecent.  His Cloudpaging evangelism continued at Software2, where he served as their Chief Operations Officer. He facilitated more than 150 AppsAnywhere projects during his tenure, successfully delivering Cloudpaged applications to millions of users in academia across Europe, the United States, and Canada.

Phil’s journey continues at Numecent, where new and existing Cloudpaging fans and users will continue to benefit from the company’s expanding team and capabilities.
